The amulet of glory is a dragonstone amulet that has been enchanted by the Lvl-5 Enchant spell. After completion of Heroes' Quest, it can be charged at the Fountain of Heroes and the Fountain of Rune. When charged at the Fountain of Rune they will have 6 charges instead of the normal 4. With the completion of Dragon Slayer II, it can be charged at the Fountain of Uhld below the Myths' Guild. The amulet of glory is tradeable on the Grand Exchange only when it has zero, four, or six charges.
It is a very popular amulet in members-only worlds amongst players of all levels, as it provides good damage bonuses, has no requirements to wear, is much less expensive than the amulet of fury, and offers useful teleports.
Like other dragonstone jewellery, it is one of the few items with a teleportation ability that will work up to level 30 Wilderness, while most other means of teleportation will not work above level 20 Wilderness.
A trimmed version, the amulet of glory (t), may be obtained from hard Treasure Trails, but is no different than a normal amulet of glory aside from appearance and the inability to use it for certain Treasure Trail steps.
Certain Treasure Trail clue steps in the Hard, Elite and Master tiers require having an amulet of glory equipped, which can be difficult for ironmen, given the very high Crafting level of 80 required. However, this can be somewhat alleviated by using a mushroom pie to temporarily boost Crafting by 4 levels, meaning an actual Crafting level of 76 is required for these clue steps.

Money making
The following money making guides are available for Amulet of glory:

Teleportation options
Players can access the teleports by either right-clicking the amulet in their inventory and selecting "rub", or right-clicking it while equipped and selecting one of their destinations.
| Destination | Map |
|---|---|
| Edgeville | |
| Karamja | |
| Draynor Village | |
| Al Kharid |
The teleport locations allow access to other nearby transportation methods:
- From Edgeville, players may use the canoe system to travel up and down River Lum, the fairy ring system (one is located east of Edgeville), and the Grand Exchange via an underwall tunnel (level 21 Agility required), which itself grants access to the Spirit tree network and the dwarven carts.
- The Karamja teleport puts the player close to the charter ships system.
- Draynor Village is close to Port Sarim for transportation for boats.
- The Al Kharid teleport is near the Shantay Pass, allowing access to the Kharidian Desert and the magic carpet system, and the gnome glider to the north.
Amulets of glory are very useful for training Runecraft through the Abyss, as they provide a fast way to return to Edgeville. They can also be used for crafting law runes by taking the boat to Entrana, then teleporting to Draynor Village to bank the runes.
Price per teleport
The price per teleport of the 4 charge and 6 charge amulet change depending on Grand Exchange prices. Below is a table that shows the current prices of a charged amulet, price of an uncharged amulet, the money loss after selling the uncharged amulet, and finally the cost per teleport after adjusting for selling the uncharged amulet.
Recharging
After at least one charge has been used, an amulet of glory can be recharged by using it on either the Fountain of Uhld or the Fountain of Heroes, requiring completion of Dragon Slayer II or Heroes' Quest, respectively. Doing so will charge all the amulets in the player's inventory to 4 charges. Players can also use a charge dragonstone jewellery scroll (requires completion of Heroes' Quest) or cast the Recharge Dragonstone Lunar spell (with 89 Magic and completion of the hard Fremennik diary) to restore all amulets in their inventory to 4 charges.
Alternatively, players can charge the amulet at the Fountain of Rune (this also requires completion of Heroes' Quest to use), which is located east of the Demonic Ruins in the Wilderness. Charging an amulet of glory at the Fountain of Rune grants 6 charges instead of the usual 4.
Attempting to reclaim a stack of amulets of glory (6) worth over 100,000 from death's office will incur a fee of 10% of GE value per glory.
When a player charges amulets of glory at the Fountain of Rune, there is a 1 in 25,000 chance that an amulet of glory will turn into an amulet of eternal glory, which provides unlimited teleport charges. When this occurs, a message in the chatbox will appear, stating
Other uses
Wearing an amulet of glory with any amount of charges (other than zero) while Mining increases the chance of rolling an uncut gem table instead of receiving an ore from 1/256 to 1/86; this neither depletes the ore nor grants Mining experience.[1] It will also significantly increase the speed of mining gem rocks. However, it has no effect in the salt mines on Weiss. After completion of Sins of the Father, it affects daeyalt essence mining by increasing the rate of gems mined, although this lowers the rate of obtaining shards.
At level 47 Construction (boosts such as the crystal saw work), the amulet can be mounted in a player-owned house, within the Quest Hall. This requires an uncharged amulet of glory and three teak planks. While mounted, this amulet provides unlimited teleport charges. Unlike other mounted quest trophies, mounting the amulet of glory does not require the completion of Heroes' Quest. Removing the mounted amulet returns it to the player.
