Crystal legs are a piece of crystal armour requiring 70 Defence and 50 Agility to equip. When equipped, a 5% damage bonus and 10% accuracy bonus is applied when using the crystal bow or Bow of Faerdhinen. This bonus stacks additively with the crystal body and crystal helm's bonuses, for a total of 15% damage and 30% accuracy. The bonus also stacks with the slayer helmet (i) and is useful for bosses similar to the Abyssal Sire.
Players can create a pair of crystal legs via a singing bowl by combining 100 crystal shards and two crystal armour seeds. Doing so requires level 72 Smithing and Crafting to sing the crystal (the levels can be boosted), and grants 5,000 experience in both skills. Players can configure the charges while the legs are in their bank by right-clicking on Configure-Charges, as long as players have the required materials. If the player does not meet the Smithing and Crafting requirements, they can have Conwenna or Reese sing the crystal for them for an extra 60 crystal shards, for a total of 160.
The legs' colours may also be changed to other colours of the Elven Clans by buying crystals from Lliann's Wares in Prifddinas, which cost 500,000 coins each. It can also be reverted to its original colour by using the crystal of Meilyr on any variant of the legs.
If lost to another player in a dangerous PVP death, the crystal legs will revert to 2 crystal armour seeds, which will then be dropped for the killer. All crystal shards will be lost should this happen. If the crystal legs are protected on death, the legs will be kept, and will not lose any charges- similar to a blowpipe or trident.
When combined with an imbued slayer helmet, the damage bonus from crystal armour pieces is multiplied by the 15% ranged damage boost from the helmet. Assuming players are wearing both the crystal body and legs, this results in a damage bonus of approximately 29.375%.

Degradation
When created, crystal legs starts off at 2,500 charges and degrades like all crystal equipment, with one charge being depleted for each successful hit that is received from combat; once the legs' charges have been fully depleted, it will no longer have its set effect and stat bonuses until more charges are added to it. The damage from poison or venom will not deplete charges. Wearing an elven signet while using crystal equipment will provide a 10% chance to not consume charges.
In order to add charges to the crystal legs, crystal shards must be used on it (this can be done before it is inactive as well), with each shard granting 100 charges, up to a maximum of 20,000. Dismantling crystal legs will return the crystal armour seeds to the player and doing so will lose all crystal shard charges that were previously loaded.
