The hat of the eye is a part of the Raiments of the Eye set, purchased from the Guardians of the Rift reward shop for 400 abyssal pearls. It grants 10% more runes when Runecrafting, and is increased to 60% when the full set is worn.

The hat can be recoloured using abyssal dye (received from the Rewards Guardian) to a red, blue, or green colour scheme.

Players can attune imbued tiaras to the Hat of the Eye to allow it to function as one. This includes the catalytic tiara and the elemental tiara, allowing access to multiple altars simultaneously. All copies of the Hat of the Eye, including those of a different colour, will then be attuned to that tiara (including those stored in the magic wardrobe). The tiara is not consumed in this manner, and the attunement can be freely switched by using a different tiara. Players can use the hat's right-click "Check" option to see which type of tiara it is currently attuned to.

This item can be stored in the magic wardrobe of a costume room, as part of the Raiments of the Eye sets. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
