Polycatalytic guardian stones are items used to power-up the Great Guardian during a game of Guardians of the Rift, alongside elemental, polyelemental, and catalytic guardian stones.

They are obtained by crafting combination runes when imbuing guardian essence at a catalytic runic altar, accessible directly by entering an active Portal Guardian.

Players are granted 5 Runecraft experience and 3 catalytic energy (instead of the normal 2) per polycatalytic guardian stone used to power-up the Great Guardian.

Currently, only Aether runes give Polycatalytic Energy.
