Glarial's amulet is used during the Waterfall Quest to grant access to the Waterfall Dungeon. Attempting to enter the dungeon during the quest without the amulet results in the player taking damage, being swept away to downstream from the door. After the quest, the amulet is not needed to enter the dungeon.

The amulet can be recovered in the western chest inside Glarial's Tomb if lost. Players may enter the tomb by having Glarial's pebble and having no armour, weapons, or runes equipped or in their inventory. Beware of the moss guardians in the tomb. Players may obtain more than one amulet through the drop trick.

Glarial's amulet is identical in appearance to the gnome amulet.
