The chest in Glarial's Tomb can be opened and searched for the Glarial's amulet which is needed to enter the Waterfall Dungeon during the Waterfall Quest. After the quest is completed, the player can still visit the chest to obtain another amulet, should they have lost theirs. However, as the Glarial's Amulet is no longer needed to enter the dungeon after the quest is completed, there is little reason to do so.
