Holy moleys are a cosmetic variant of the holy sandals, made by combining a pair of holy sandals and mole slippers via Wyson the gardener. Like the holy sandals, they require 31 prayer to wear. To combine them, players must use either item on him, which will initiate a confirmation message to combine them.

As a variant of the holy sandals, holy moleys retain the same properties, such as combat stats and counting as a Saradominist item in relevant content (ex. God Wars Dungeon and Bandit Camp). However, holy moleys cannot be stored in the treasure chest of a costume room.

While the holy moleys are untradeable, they can be reverted anytime via the "Dismantle" option, returning both items after the player confirms they wish to do so. Additionally, upon a PvP death, the killer will receive the holy sandals and mole slippers as loot.

Holy moleys count as warm clothing when subduing the Wintertodt.

21 January 2026 (Update)	Hotfix The ability to create holy moleys was temporarily disabled for approximately 30 minutes due to a bug in which players were able to duplicate mole slippers, as Wyson would still create holy moleys for the player if they only had holy sandals in their inventory.

Trivia

The item is a reference to the phrase holy moly.
Despite being made from holy sandals, the holy moleys have wings on the side like those found on devout boots.
The item has been a popular request by players dating as far back as 2020,^[1] before finally being offered as an obtainable item in the Getting Around Poll on 13 January 2026.
