The keris partisan of Amascut is a one-handed spear requiring Attack level 80 to wield. It is created by combining a jewel of Amascut with a keris partisan. The upgrade greatly enhances the weapon's stats when used inside the Tombs of Amascut. If fighting kalphites or scabarites, this variant has a damage bonus of 15%, down from the base weapon's 33%. It retains the 1/51 chance to deal triple damage against these targets, however.

The upgrade increases the stab bonus and strength bonus to +108 and +67, respectively (up from +58 and +45). This combination makes the weapon more suitable for general use in the raid, allowing it to be effective against a wide array of enemies. This makes it a possible choice for a primary weapon, with its effectiveness surpassing the Zamorakian hasta for this purpose. The Keris partisan of Amascut is particularly useful for players who have not yet obtained Osmumten's fang, including Ironmen. It isn't ideal for higher invocations, however.

As with other variants, weapon poisons cannot be applied to the keris partisan of Amascut.
