Eggs are laid by Kephri during the Tombs of Amascut raid, as part of her 'Mass Incubation' attack. Kephri can use this special attack while shielded, splattering two types of egg across the arena: a small light-coloured egg and a large darker-coloured egg. If left unattended, the lighter eggs will explode in a 3x3 area, while the darker eggs will hatch Agile Scarabs.

Players will always inflict their maximum hit on the eggs regardless of their combat style.
