Kephri's Phantom is a monster encountered in the Tombs of Amascut. It is summoned alongside Akkha's Phantom by Elidinis' Warden in the third phase of the final battle.

As a phantom of Kephri, it will use its standard fireball attack to attack the player. If the Aerial Assault invocation is enabled, the fireball will do more damage and hit in a 3x3 area of effect instead.
