Osmumten's fang (or) is a cosmetic variant of Osmumten's fang with a cursed phalanx attached to it. It retains all the effects of the original variant.
In order to receive the cursed phalanx, players must complete a Tombs of Amascut raid at level 500+ with zero deaths for all party members. If a player loses Osmumten's fang (or) in a PvP death, the cursed phalanx will be placed in their gravestone.
