Akkha's Shadows are summoned by Akkha in the Tombs of Amascut. After reaching 80% of his health, he will generate four shadows of himself in the four corners of the arena. Once one of these four shadows are dispelled, Akkha must be lured to the quadrant of the dispelled shadow to be damaged, as he will channel immunity from his shadows otherwise. This will be repeated at 60%, 40% and 20% intervals.
