The phantom is an apparition of Amascut, the Devourer.^[1] She appears at the southern end of the warped room where players fight either Tumeken's Warden or Elidinis' Warden, depending on who the player defeated in the previous stage of the fight.

She appears to solely observe the player's battle, but once the Warden reaches critical health, she will open her mouth, unleashing a vortex that consumes the arena, up to the row of tiles right in front of the Warden. Once the Warden itself is defeated, it too will also be consumed by her before disappearing.

• The phantom opens a vortex and begins to consume the entire room.
• The Warden is consumed by the vortex upon its defeat.
