Maisa's message is given to the player by a messenger, who appears to players who've completed the Beneath Cursed Sands quest prior to 24 August 2022, indicating the beginning of the Into the Tombs miniquest.

Players who've completed Beneath Cursed Sands after 24 August 2022 will simply be able to begin the miniquest by entering the Jaltevas Pyramid, and thus cannot ever obtain Maisa's message.
