The Swift blade is a one-handed weapon purchased from Justine's stuff for the Last Shopper Standing for 350 Last Man Standing points.

It is one of the only four melee weapons with an attack speed of 3, with the other ones being the ham joint, goblin paint cannon, and mystic cards, with the latter two also being two handed weapons only. The swift blade also exclusively uses Stab and Slash attack styles whereas the others use Crush, and the mystic cards have negative combat stat bonuses whereas the others have no bonuses.

Due to having no Attack level requirement, the Swift blade is the best-in-slot weapon for training Defence pures and combines well with the stab bonus given by the Ardougne cloaks.

This item is also commonly used in the Theatre of Blood for the Nylocas room because of its fast attack speed. It is preferred over the Goblin paint cannon and the Ham joint because its attack styles are not shared with the dragon warhammer, allowing players to keep the dragon warhammer on an accurate attack style, while having the swift blade on an aggressive style. In addition, the swift blade is slightly more accurate than a ham joint when used with a defender, as defenders have +2 higher stab accuracy compared to crush.

This item can be stored in the armour case of a costume room.
