The rune cane is obtained as a reward from hard Treasure Trails. As with standard rune equipment, level 40 Attack is needed to equip this item. It is not used often as a weapon as it has the same stats as a rune mace with a 1-tick slower attack speed.

Rune canes cannot be made by players. This cane is topped with a cut dragonstone gem.

This item can be stored in the treasure chest of a costume room, provided that the interface of the corresponding clue tier is opened before attempting to store the item. Alternatively, the item can be used on the opened treasure chest to insert it without viewing the interface.
