Cemetery teleport is a magic tablet that can be broken by players to teleport to The Forgotten Cemetery in level 31 Wilderness.
Because this tablet teleports players to the Wilderness, a warning will appear upon clicking the "Break" option on the tablet. This can be toggled by right-clicking the "Configure" option.
Players with 71 Magic can create this item on the Arceuus lectern in the Ouditor's house with 1 law rune, 1 soul rune, 1 blood rune, and a dark essence block instead of the soft clay normally required for teleport tablets. Making the teleport tablet grants 82 Magic experience.
As with all magic tablets, players do not need to have the relevant Magic level to use this tablet, and will not receive any experience for doing so.
