An enchanted lyre(i) is an enchanted lyre that contains infinite teleport charges to Rellekka. When the hard Fremennik Diary is completed, the lyre can also teleport to Waterbirth Island, and gains the ability to teleport to Jatizso and Neitiznot after completion of the elite Fremennik Diary.

Players can imbue their un-enchanted lyre after completion of The Fremennik Trials by offering Fossegrimen a one-off offering of 1,000 raw sharks, raw bass, raw manta rays, and raw sea turtles, costing 2,350,000 coins. Fossegrimen will accept both noted and un-noted offerings, and they can be given in increments; she will inform players of the remaining amount required to imbue the lyre. Should players lose the imbued lyre, they can obtain another un-enchanted lyre and summon Fossegrimen, where she will imbue the lyre free of charge.

The offering cost will drop by 200 raw fish (470,000 coins) for each tier of the Fremennik Diary completed. However, she will not return any fish once a higher tier of the diary has been completed.
