The council workman is a man who repaired the bridge leading to Rellekka by himself. He plays a role in The Fremennik Trials quest. During The Fremennik Trials, he will give the player a cherry bomb in exchange for a beer. He is one of the people that starts the quest as well.

Trivia

  • Originally, the RuneScape Council was used in the God Letters and news posts as an in-universe reference to Jagex. The council workman may therefore be a representation of Jagex moderators, with the original examine "Supposedly fixes things around RuneScape." being a self-deprecating reference.
