Players can charge amulets of glory at the Fountain of Rune, most of the time creating amulets of glory(6), but 1 out of 25,000 glories will become an amulet of eternal glory.
To efficiently charge glories to try and create an eternal glory, first buy or create a large amount of uncharged amulets of glory, then prepare gear and inventory to begin. Wield the Wilderness sword 4, an uncharged amulet of glory, and possibly some black dragonhide armour, then fill your inventory with 28 uncharged amulets of glory. Use the Wilderness sword's teleport option to go directly to the Fountain of Rune (preferably without being seen, as the teleport has a unique animation that a PKer could follow you with), use one of the glories on it, then run out of the peninsula and north towards the level 50 Wilderness obelisk, near the Rogues' Castle. Ensure your selected teleport is to somewhere below level 30 Wilderness, such as Ferox Enclave. Immediately after teleporting with the obelisk, use your equipped amulet of glory to teleport to Edgeville to bank, storing all 28 charged amulets of glory and getting new uncharged ones.
Without the elite Wilderness Diary completed, the closest teleport to the Fountain of Rune is an Annakarl teleport tablet, costing 2,109 coins per trip and taking 1 less glory to the fountain, making each trip worth 36,283.92 coins. Returning to the bank will take longer without at least the hard Wilderness Diary completed to direct the obelisk, needing to either repeatedly teleport with the obelisk or simply run south to level 30 Wilderness.
When run energy gets low, either use the pool of refreshment in Ferox Enclave or drink a dose of stamina potion every few laps. Assuming no armour is brought and Protect Item is enabled, dying to a PKer will lose you 277,200 coins, cutting heavily into profit margins if not getting lucky on receiving an eternal glory.
Note: Reclaiming a stack of amulet of glory(6) worth over 100,000 from death's office will incur a fee of 10% of GE value per glory.
