Depending on the method of travel, a round trip to the Cosmic Altar takes about 45 seconds to a minute, including banking and filling up essence pouches.
To begin the player will need to build a fairy ring and Revitalisation pool or greater in their POH; Additionally, a rune pouch filled with astral and cosmic runes will save inventory space. Once the runes have been crafted, use an equipped ring of dueling to bank at Castle Wars before using a teleport to house (tablet) or Construct. cape and use your fairy ring to travel Zanaris, refilling run energy at your revitalisation pool as needed.
Alternatively, a quest point cape can be used to access fairy rings after banking.
Note: With the Runecraft cape it is possible to reach up to 83 trips per hour, increasing your profit.
