Merchant shipwrecks are located in Dusk's Maw, Winter's Edge, and the Southern Expanse. Salvage and profit assume minimal banking; wearing a ring of wealth; casting High Level Alchemy on Ironwood repair kits, rune spears, shield left halves, dragon spears, and facility bottles; storing all herbs in a herb sack, uncut gems in a gem sack, and the 6 most valuable seeds in a seed box; and sorting salvage on your boat with the salvaging station boat facility.

Experience rates assume you hook 1/3 of the salvage yourself. Salvage and experience per hour can be increased by using tick-manipulation, using higher tier salvaging hooks, and using the crystal extractor when available.
