A facility bottle is an item that can store boat facilities in order to move them to a different facility hotspot or a different boat. They can be purchased from Shipwright Seb at the Shipyard, and are dropped rarely from sorting salvage. They can be banked whether they are empty or full.

Facilities can be stored by using an empty bottle on them while at the Shipyard, then built with a hammer and saw by interacting with a facility hotspot, destroying the bottle.

A keg will lose all of its contents when put into the Facility bottle and will need to be refilled with ale when rebuilt.

Trivia

  • The facility bottle was released with a different appearance in-game than in the blog post that introduced it, having had an in-game model identical to that of the boat bottle. This was updated four weeks later to match the intended appearance.
