Keel parts

Keel parts are a core ship part used to upgrade the keel of your ship while shipbuilding for Sailing. You create keel parts on an anvil. To make keel parts, the Pandemonium quest must be completed. There are two types of keel parts:

• Regular keel parts, created using five bars of the appropriate metal at any anvil. These are used to upgrade or build the Skiff, with 10 of each keel part (for a total of 50 bars) for the complete keel.
• Large keel parts, created using five of the corresponding type of regular keel parts. These are used to upgrade or build the Sloop, with 16 of each large keel part (total 80 regular keel parts, or 400 bars) for the complete keel.

The raft does not have a keel.

Keel parts cannot be put in the crucible at Giants' Foundry.
