Iron cannons are a type of cannon that can be built on a boat. It can be built at specific facility hotspots on the boat, requiring level 35 Sailing and 28 Construction to build, granting 328 Construction experience.

The iron cannon attacks every 7 ticks, and can fire up to iron cannonballs. Crewmates with at least level 2 Privateering can be assigned to operate the cannon, as long as the player has the required unboosted Sailing level.

Only one cannon can be built on a raft and skiff, while a sloop allows two.
