Dragon incendiary cannonballs are items that can be fired from a cannon during boat combat.

Though currently unobtainable, they presumably deal the same amount of damage as dragon cannonballs, apply burn to the target, and are made in the same manner as other incendiary cannonballs.

• In the 31 July 2025 Sailing poll blog, incendiary cannonballs were shown with a unique design that was changed before being added to the game ().
• Despite being unable to be made, the item was featured in the welcome screen's message of the week for the Red Reef release.
