An ironwood repair kit is an item that heals 45 health to a boat. Players can simply click the item's "Apply" option whilst on a boat to repair damage, and multiple players can do so at once to rapidly repair the boat. Additionally, crewmates can also repair the boat if instructed to, and depending on their Deckhandiness level may heal more than 45 per kit.

Players can build ironwood repair kits at a a shipwrights' workbench with 1 ironwood plank, 10 rune nails, and 5 swamp paste, requiring 80 Construction and granting 300 experience, yielding 3 kits per action. It can also be obtained as loot from opulent salvage and vampyre krakens.

Like food, applying a repair kit incurs the same delay as eating during boat combat.
