Mithril chainshot cannonballs are items that can be fired from a cannon during boat combat. They deal the same amount of damage as mithril cannonballs, and halves the target's movement speed for 8 ticks (4.8s).

Two are made per action by using two mithril cannonballs and a chain at an anvil, requiring level 55 Smithing and granting 30 experience.
