Shark paint is a type of boat paint used to recolour the trim of a player's skiff or sloop via the boat schematics board at the Shipyard. Trimming a boat requires level 25 Sailing and 20 Construction, granting 10 Construction experience. One paint is required for trimming skiffs, while sloops require two.
Shark paint is received at a rate of 1/36 upon completing a port task.[1] When receiving the paint, players will receive the message You've received some paint!.
Shark paint, along with angler's, inky, salvor's, and Barracuda paint, can be given to Trader Stan in exchange for merchant's paint.
