A skiff is a small boat that can be purchased at level 15 Sailing from a shipwright for 15,000 coins. Skiffs are larger than rafts and smaller than a sloop. A skiff can hold up to 2 NPC crew members and 5 players.

A skiff is useful for most sea charting tasks, and early port tasks, shipwreck salvaging and boat combat until players reach level 50 Sailing and can purchase a sloop. After purchasing a sloop, a skiff is still useful as it is the only kind of boat that can participate in Barracuda Trials.

Trivia

During the March 2025 Sailing Alpha, a skiff was called a "Kandarin small boat", and one could be claimed for free from a shipwright after reaching level 10 Sailing.
