Efh salt is a type of salt that can be mined from efh salt rocks in the Salt Mine beneath Weiss after the completion of Making Friends with My Arm. Along with Urt salt and Te salt, it can be used to light fire pits that provide benefits (such as a permanent light source), and it is also used to create icy basalts. Mining Efh salt requires 72 Mining and is mined in chunks of 2-7 scaling with the player's level, granting 5 experience per salt mined. Mining enhancers do not work here.

A total of 750 Efh salt is required to construct all the permanent fires available (1 dehumidification, 3 eternal light, 1 nourishment, 1 unseasonal warmth). 300 Efh salt is required to attune a portal to Weiss in a Portal chamber in a Player-owned house, and 3000 Efh salt is required to attune a Portal nexus.

Trivia

The three salts, Te, Efh, and Urt, spell out "Teef hurt", suggesting the Weiss trolls attempted to eat them before discovering their use for Firemaking.
