Rubium geodes are mined rubium deposits, requiring 68 Mining. Cracking open a geode with a hammer & chisel gives rubium splinters with a quantity that scales with Mining level.[1] Each geode has to be individually cracked open as they do not process automatically, but opening geodes will start with the first geode in the inventory, meaning that you can spam click the last geode in your inventory to quickly open them all.

Rubium deposits can be found in the Charred Dungeon, which requires 60 Sailing to reach.

Trivia

  • You can Crack-open the geodes while below 68 Mining if you mine the geode then drain your Mining level. This will result in fewer splinters per geode, down to a potential of 0.
