The sunstone monolith can be mined to obtain sunstone, which is used in golem crafting.

The sunstone monolith offers an AFK alternative to regular sunstone rocks mining as it never depletes. However, unlike sunstone rocks, the monolith does not make use of the momentum mechanic. The sunstone monolith is affected by Mining enhancers.

The monolith can be mined without starting Fallen From Grace, but once the quest is begun, it can only be inspected until the quest is progressed.

Trivia

  • The monolith's model is a recoloured variant of the size-7 crashed star.
    • The monolith may be related to crashed stars, as it is said in the scorched notes that it fell from the sky, so it likely came from space like shooting stars do.
