Te salt is a type of salt that can be mined from te salt rocks in the Salt Mine beneath Weiss after the completion of Making Friends with My Arm. Along with Urt salt and Efh salt, it can be used to light fire pits that provide benefits (such as a permanent light source), and it is also used to create icy and stony basalts. Mining Te salt requires 72 Mining and is mined in chunks of 2-7 scaling with the player's level, granting the player 5 experience per salt mined. Mining enhancers do not work here.

A total of 1100 Te salt is required to construct all the permanent fires available (1 dehumidification, 3 eternal light, 1 nourishment, 1 unseasonal warmth). 100 Te salt is required to attune each portal to Weiss or Troll Stronghold in a Portal Chamber in a Player Owned House (for a total of 200 for both portals), and 1000 Te salt is required to attune a Portal Nexus to either (for a total of 2000 for both portals).

Trivia

The three salts, Te, Efh, and Urt, spell out "Teef hurt", suggesting the Weiss trolls attempted to eat them before discovering their use for Firemaking.
