Runite ore fragments are ore fragments mined from the boulder in the Volcanic Mine. Level 85 Mining is required to receive these fragments, granting 70 points and 150 Mining experience per fragment.

They are automatically given to Petrified Pete upon exiting the mine without teleporting in exchange for Mining experience.
