The Mycelium Transportation System is a system of Magic Mushtrees that allow transportation around Fossil Island. In order to access them, they must be discovered by walking to their locations. After attempting to use them, the location will be unlocked.
Locations
There are four Magic Mushtrees found throughout Fossil Island:

| 1. House on the Hill | Inside the House on the Hill. | |
| 2. Verdant Valley | South of the Museum Camp. | |
| 3. Sticky Swamp | In the centre of the Tar Swamp; To get there, bring an Axe and a Rake to get through the obstacles. Beware, it spawns a level-132 Tar Monster. There is a rubber cap mushroom that can be jumped on to get there directly, but very high damage (starting at 40 and potentially even hitting 50s) will be taken. The damage can be avoided by filling the landing pit with mushrooms beforehand to cushion the fall. | |
