Fossil cleaning benches are used to clean Fossils obtained from various activities on Fossil Island. As with all fossil cleaning, the player must have equipped leather gloves and boots, and have in their inventory a rock pick, specimen brush, and a trowel. These can be obtained very easily from the crate next to the bench, with the option take tools.
