Creation

The South Falador Farm has an easily accessible loom in Sarah's house.
The Museum Camp on Fossil Island has a spinning wheel next to a loom in the north tent. It is also close to a bank chest, though these facilities must be built before being used.
Auburnvale has a loom available just south of the Totem Fletching minigame icon, just south of Auburnvale in Nemus Retreat there is a spinning wheel available. Both are relatively close to a bank.
