Bosun's workbench is a boat facility that allows an assigned crew member to automatically repair the player's ship when it has taken damage beyond the max heal of the repair kit used. It can be built after reading Bosun's workbench schematic, a quest reward from The Red Reef, in any facility hotspot that supports a salvaging station, although only visible under the "All" options category.

Repairs made using this facility consume repair kits stored in the ship's cargo hold. Crewmates' Deckhandiness levels (D) may randomly provide additional healing between 0 and D−1.

The workbench takes on a different appearance to match the boat's hull.
