A dragon helm is a core boat part used to navigate the ocean. It is built via the boat schematics board at the Shipyard after reading the dragon helm schematic, requiring level 96 Sailing and 86 Construction, granting a variable amount of Construction experience depending on the type of boat.
A dragon helm is required to resist deadly rapids, although they currently do not exist anywhere in-game. Additionally, when crystallised, only one click is needed to break it off.
