Strong rapids

Strong rapids are stronger rapids found mainly within the Backwater sea. To boats with a steel helm or worse, they deal damage, while providing speed boosts to boats with a mithril helm or better.

Their usage is key in the Jubbly Jive Barracuda Trial.
