Rum-dashed Ralph is a member of the Barracudas and the trial master for the Tempor Tantrum, a Barracuda Trial located in the Storm Tempor just south of The Pandemonium.
Two whirlpool surprises can be claimed from Rum-dashed Ralph by choosing the dialogue option "Do I have any rewards to claim?" after achieving Shark rank in The Tempor Tantrum. After claiming for the first time, an unlimited amount may be purchased from 'Squawking' Steve Beanie at the Pandemonium for 300 coins each.
