The Barracudas are a group of experienced sailors whose goal is to teach sailing skills to aspiring sailors, as well as hone their own skills. New members can join by proving themselves in the Barracuda Trials, sailing courses run by Barracuda trial masters such as Rum-dashed Ralph.
Their motto is "anyone from anywhere as long as they can sail".

- Gwyna - trial master for the Gwenith Glide
Headquarters
In the June 2025 Sailing Beta, the Barracudas had a headquarters located in the Barracuda Belt (where the bank boat is found currently), but was removed prior to Sailing's launch.
Despite this, NPCs who resided there were added to the live game:
