The bank boat is a banking vessel found in the Barracuda Belt within the Shrouded Ocean. Despite its appearance as a mobile bank, it is entirely stationary and always remains in the same location.
It is run by a banker with a unique appearance and dialogue, as well as a bank crab. Because the boat cannot be boarded or reached directly—even when positioned adjacent to or overlapping a player's boat—players cannot use noted items on the banker, bank crab, or boat to unnote them. However, items can still be unnoted by depositing and withdrawing them through the bank interface.
Since the bank interface can be accessed directly from a player's boat, the bank boat is a popular place for players to use their boat's chum facility to rapidly create fish offcuts, fine fish offcuts, squid beaks, haddock eyes, yellow fins, and marlin scales. It is also a convenient place for sorting banked salvage or cooking food, provided their boat is equipped with a salvaging station or range, respectively.

The closest ports relative to the bank boat (with approximate distance and location relative to the bank boat) are:
- Deepfin Point (~330 tiles, north-west) - Level 67 Sailing
- Corsair Cove (~340 tiles, north-east) - Level 40 Sailing (requires completion of The Corsair Curse)
- Pest Control Island (~400 tiles, east) - Level 50 Sailing
- Red Rock (~550 tiles, east) - Level 52 Sailing (requires partial completion of The Red Reef)
The closest mooring points relative to the bank boat are:
- Wintumber Island (~180 tiles, west) - Level 63 Sailing
- Angler's Retreat (~210 tiles, north-east) - Level 51 Sailing
- Sunbleak Island (~210 tiles, south-west) - Level 72 Sailing
Note: Although these mooring points are physically closer than the ports, they are generally impractical launch points unless a player has a boat equipped with a Greater Teleport Focus anchored at the island to use with the Teleport to Boat spell.
