'Squawking' Steve Beanie is the owner of the pub on The Pandemonium. He helps guide the player during the Pandemonium quest, as well as offers the Prying Times quest.

Two whirlpool surprises can be claimed from Rum-dashed Ralph by choosing the dialogue option "Do I have any rewards to claim?" after achieving Shark rank in The Tempor Tantrum. After claiming them from Ralph, Steve will sell an unlimited amount for 300 coins each.

• His name is likely a reference to real-world pirate Stede Bonnet. His outfit is also a recreation of Stede Bonnet's in the first episode of HBO's Our Flag Means Death.
• Steve Beanie had a festive override wearing a Santa hat during the 2025 Christmas event.
