Will is one of the major characters in the Pandemonium quest. He and Anne are salvagers who claim to be starting a shipwreck salvaging business. Through the course of the quest, it is revealed that they actually have been hunting a mysterious medallion, the location of which was marked in a map Will and Anne stole from Ribs. After the player retrieves the medallion, Will retrieves it from the player as Anne pushes them overboard, after which Will and Anne leave for parts unknown.
