The Pandemonium is an island off the eastern coast of Karamja. It contains a dungeon, an eponymous pub, a bank crab, and a dock. It is first accessed during the Pandemonium quest and serves as a starting place to begin training Sailing.

Transportation

All methods of travelling to the Pandemonium require progressing the Pandemonium quest at least to the point where you visit the island.

Teleport with the sailors' amulet (requires 1 law rune and 10 water runes per 10 charges)
Teleport with a Sailing cape
Sail with your ship and dock at the island
Teleport to your boat (if it's at the island, requiring 67 Magic and a Greater Teleport Focus)
Charter Captain Tobias' ship from Port Sarim (requires 30 coins, or Ring of charos (a))
Charter Customs officer's ship from Musa Point (requires 30 coins - lowered to 15 coins, if wearing Karamja gloves, or free if wearing Ring of charos (a))
Taking a charter ship from any charter location except Port Sarim or Musa Point

Features

Pandemonium has a variety of activities and hot-spots catered towards players starting out with the Sailing skill and other low-level skills.

Pandemonium Port

As the starting island for people looking to train the Sailing skill, Pandemonium has a port with all corresponding Sailing activities available and serves as a starter hub for the skill.

Connected to the port and built atop the water is the Pandemonium Pub run by Squawking' Steve Beanie. Here, players can also start the quest Prying Times. Just north of the pub is a fishing shop run by Henderson that sells the standard supplies of fishing tools and raw fish up to bass.

Pandemonium Island

The island gives access to certain skilling nodes and a bank that can aid players in collecting certain resources for training Sailing.

Small key	Allows player to obtain the Salvaging station schematic, a lost schematic for the Salvaging station facility.
Waterlogged journal	The book describes the Medallion of the Deep. The wizard is having dreams of the pieces of the medallion. Each dream is depicted in his journal describing the location of the pieces of the medallion. Reading the book is a requirement for the player to assemble the Medallion of the Deep.

Charter ship

After completing the Cabin Fever quest, the price between two locations, as displayed below, will halve the charter costs to 50%.
The ring of charos(a) also halves the charter costs to 50%.
- These cost reductions can be combined to reduce the costs to 25%.
Keep in mind the variance between destination fares. Similar to a layover, chartering to another destination first or using a non-charter ship like from Port Sarim to Musa Point can net significant savings. For example, the 2,900 coins cost to travel from Port Phasmatys to Brimhaven can be reduced by first chartering to Musa Point for 1,100 coins, then to Brimhaven for 200 coins.
- The only exception to this is Port Tyras, which has the same fare to and from every other port.
