The Crown Jewel is an island south of the Avium Savannah. It requires 64 Sailing to moor on (not boostable). The closest bank is at Deepfin Point to the north-east which requires 67 Sailing to dock at.

It contains a variety of features:

• Unbuilt cooking pot space - requires a tinderbox, 2 logs, and 2 iron bars to build, granting 23 Construction experience
• 5 rainbow crab trapping hunter spots - each requiring an empty bucket, a plank, and 2 nails, built with a hammer and a saw; traps only need to be built once
• Tarnished chest
• Lockbox which contains the Rosewood cargo hold schematic

There is also a cave with a blocked entrance on the island that appears to have an 'open' state, however whether this can currently be achieved in-game or not is still not clear.

The island can only be reached by sailing. The closest transportation hub is Deepfin Point which is only a short distance to the north-east.

In total, players will need the following items to build everything:

Crab traps are initially required to be built to hunt the rainbow crabs. There are 5 traps to build, and each requires an empty bucket, a plank, and 2 nails (along with a hammer and saw). The traps only need to be built once.

The traps must be baited with fine fish offcuts. The offcuts stack in the inventory.

If hunting the crabs for rainbow crab paste, used as a herblore secondary, a pestle and mortar must be used on the crab. The resulting rainbow crab paste is stackable so banking is not required allowing hunting to continue as long as you have bait.

If hunting the crabs for raw rainbow crab meat, a knife must used on the crab. The raw crab meat can be cooked using the nearby cooking pot, provided you have built it. Raw crab meat and the cooked rainbow crab meat do not stack, so banking is required or the meat needs to be dropped.

The tarnished chest on the island can be thieved from. It requires 54 Thieving to picklock. The chest is a good source of pillar frags which are used for farming pillar coral. The coral is used to make super fishing and super hunter potions. The coral is also used in farming to protect growing umbral coral.
