Rainbow's End is an island located in the Rainbow Reef. It requires 69 Sailing to moor on. Despite this requirement, the island is surrounded by tangled kelp, which requires at least an adamant helm at 72 Sailing to navigate without being slowed down and taking constant damage. Note that whirlpool surprise can be used to boost your Sailing level by +3 to create the adamant helm at level 69, thereby allowing you to moor on the island at the listed requirement.
