Port Roberts is a floating platform found in the Western Ocean, which is under the jurisdiction of Great Kourend. Level 50 Sailing is required to dock at and Charter to Port Roberts.

There are several methods to quickly reach Port Roberts:

• Sailors' amulet - Requires interacting with the Sailors' marker in the eastern side of Port Roberts
• Docking at the western side of the port by Sailing with a boat
• Take a Charter ship to Port Roberts (requires an initial visit via other method to unlock).

Port Roberts features a market which contains 9 different stalls which players can thieve from. Unlike regular stalls, all stalls here do not deplete when players thieve from them; however, players can only steal from a stall every 5 ticks instead of every 2. Furthermore, players will automatically thieve after clicking a stall until another action is taken, or the player is caught by a guard.

Roaming the stalls are 3 Market Guards, which unlike regular guards cannot be attacked or interacted with in any way. The guards look at every 3rd stall for 10 ticks, and then move to the next stall in a clockwise rotation. If the player tries to steal from, or is in the middle of thieving, a stall which has a guard approaching it or looking at it, they will be caught and moved to the Port Roberts jail. Even if in the line of sight of a guard or stall owner, players are not caught unless thieving from a stall that a guard is looking at.

In the jail, players can picklock the gate to leave, or bribe the guard who will ask for up to 500 coins. You can use the Sailors' amulet to avoid picking the lock or using coins.

Assuming a guard has just left a stall, a stall can be thieved 4 times before a guard will be looking at the stall again. In this time, another stall can be moved to and thieved 2 times. If thieving from the cannonball stall 4 times and from the ore stall 2 times without any tick loss, players will gain 254,800 experience per hour. At level 65, the spice stall and silver stall is around 97,000 experience per hour and 100,000 coins per hour if selling to the shops and hopping worlds.

The table below lists the maximum XP rates when thieving the primary stall 4 times and secondary stall 2 times.

At 50 Thieving, a medallion fragment can be stolen from the silver stall.

Players can dock at Port Roberts with level 50 Sailing. The town offers the following utilities for sailors:

• After completing the Cabin Fever quest, the price between two locations, as displayed below, will halve the charter costs to 50%.
• The ring of charos(a) also halves the charter costs to 50%.
  • These cost reductions can be combined to reduce the costs to 25%.
• Keep in mind the variance between destination fares. Similar to a layover, chartering to another destination first or using a non-charter ship like from Port Sarim to Musa Point can net significant savings. For example, the 2,900 coins cost to travel from Port Phasmatys to Brimhaven can be reduced by first chartering to Musa Point for 1,100 coins, then to Brimhaven for 200 coins.
  • The only exception to this is Port Tyras, which has the same fare to and from every other port.

• Port Roberts was the in-development name of what later became Port Piscarillius.^[1]
  • Additionally, Port Roberts resembles the layout of the houses on the west end of Port Piscarillius, albeit upside down.
